JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Manila is 67.1%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Manila had received 2.7mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 2,450 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 67.1%. The average daily rate has been USD131. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD88. New notable hotels include the New World Manila Bay Hotel and the City of Dreams (Crown Towers, Hyatt & Nobu Hotel).
