JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Osaka is 86.3%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Osaka had received 4.2mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 598 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 86.3%. The average daily rate has been USD174. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD149. New notable hotels include the Park Front Hotel at Universal Hotel Japan.
