JLL: Hotel occupancy rate in Seoul is 65.2%

In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that Seoul had received 7.3mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 2,075 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 65.2%. The average daily rate has been USD166. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD108. New notable hotels include the Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Namsan, the Holiday Inn Express Seoul Euljiro and the Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Myoongdong.
