In its latest Global Office Index (2Q15) publication, Jones Lang LaSalle IP (JLL) noted that Dubai was the market that achieved the 46^th largest rise globally of the 95 markets monitored in terms of grade A office rents (up 2.5%) over the year to 2Q15. Rents in that market were flat in 2Q15. Elsewhere in the UAE, grade A rents rose by 1.8% in Abu Dhabi over the year to 2Q15. All this growth came in 2Q15, during which time, Abu Dhabi was the 20^th ranked market globally in terms of rental growth.
