In its latest Global Office Index (2Q15) publication, Jones Lang LaSalle IP (JLL) noted that grade A office rents in Riyadh were flat in both 2Q15 and over the preceding year. By these measures, Riyadh was ranked at tied 54^th and at tied 67^th respectively of the 95 markets monitored globally. The performance of grade A office rents in Riyadh is in sharp contrast to the very strong rises noted in Jeddah, both in 2Q15 itself and over the preceding year.
