In its Retail Focus Research Report for Autumn of 2015, Knight Frank (KF) noted that Phase 1 of the d3 mixed office, residential and retail development in the heart of Dubai was completed in October 2015. A total of 18,000 square metres of space is ready for occupation. The second phase of the project – which includes workshops, design studios, mezzanine offices and ground floor retail space – should be completed in 2018.
