In its Retail Focus Research Report for Autumn of 2015, Knight Frank (KF) noted that the total population of Dubai should rise from the current level of just under 2.5mn to a little over 3.0mn in 2020, according to official data. The number of passenger movements through Dubai International Airport (DXB) is expected to grow from 77mn in 2015 to 98mn in 2018.
