Saudi Arabia has approved a documentation system aimed at enhancing real estate security and raising the efficiency of judicial documentation and the reliability of documents.

During a cabinet meeting earlier this week, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, said that the documentation system would improve real estate security, which would increase the efficiency of judicial documentation and the reliability of documents issued by the authorized bodies, including notaries public.
