Dubai is the top rated destination in the 2015 Muslim Travel Shopping Index (MTSI) 2015 published by MasterCard CrescentRating, with an overall score of 79.5. The city stands out for the highest score (88.1) for muslim visitor shopping expenditure, and high overall shopping expenditure (52.8) and is one of 10 of the 40 cities assessed with a 100.0 score for safety. Abu Dhabi is in seventh place with an overall score of 54.8. Also with a 100.0 safety score, Abu Dhabi scores 12.3 for muslim visitor shopping expenditure and 5.1 for total shopping expenditure.
