London is the fourth top rated destination overall in the 2015 Muslim Travel Shopping Index (MTSI) 2015 published by MasterCard CrescentRating, with an overall score of 64.7. It has a higher rating than any city in the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) other than Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. Its rating for appropriate language skills, at 78.9, is the highest of any of the 40 cities surveyed. It is also the only city with a 100.0 rating for overall shopping expenditure. Its rating for access to prayer places – at 70.0 is, along with Singapore, the highest for any non-OIC destination.
