Paris is the 16^th top rated destination out of the 40 cities surveyed in the 2015 Muslim Travel Shopping Index 2015 published by MasterCard CrescentRating, with an overall score of 52.7. The second highest rated city in Western Europe after London (in fourth place), Paris stands out for overall shopping expenditure (rating of 84.6, second only to London’s). As a muslim travel destination, Paris lags London in most respects, although France’s visa requirements for muslim visitors are more favourable than those of the UK.
