Singapore is the third top rated destination overall, and the top rated city outside the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation in the 2015 Muslim Travel Shopping Index (MTSI) 2015 published by MasterCard CrescentRating, with an overall score of 71.6. Its rating for muslim visitor shopping expenditure (55.1) is second to that of Dubai in the 40 cities assessed. Its rating for overall shopping expenditure is a lot higher than that of Dubai. At 78.2, the rating for appropriate language skills is the second highest in the entire survey.
