In its recently released The Hub Report, Knight Frank (KF) considered how Dubai compares with other global logistics, financial and tourism hubs. KF noted that average prime office rents in Dubai in 2Q15 were USD542 per square metre per annum. The corresponding figures were higher in Singapore (USD998), New York (USD1,146), London West End (USD2,058) and mid-town Manhattan (USD2,080).
