"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has often struggled with a huge gap between the supply and demand within its real estate market.

According to analysts, uninhabited “white lands” amount to between 40% to 50% of the kingdom’s total space, which has always hampered the progress of the real estate market due to the excess of what is supplied in relation to the demand, especially when many white land owners refrain from selling their properties for decades while awaiting price increase."
