In a mid-2015 Spotlight on the French Riviera Residential Market, Savills noted that Middle Eastern buyers of prime residential real estate spent, on average EUR24mn. They were followed by buyers from Russia (EUR11mn), the UK (EUR3.3mn), Italy (EUR2.4mn) and France (EUR1.3mn).
