According to the Global Luxury Residential Real Estate Report published by Sotheby’s and Wealth-X, there are almost twice as many Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals in Asia as there are in Latin America & Caribbean, the Middle East, the Pacific and Africa combined. Over the next three decades, US$16,000bn of today’s UNHW wealth will be transferred to the next generation.
