This Asian Nation Is Currently Returning The Highest Office Yields in the World to Real Estate Investors

Hanoi took the number one spot amongst 54 cities across Asia, Europe, North America and Australia in a ranking of Grade A central business district rental yields globally. The study, conducted by global real estate advisor Savills, shows Hanoi’s leading office market rental yield of 8.7% closely matched by Ho Chi Minh City with an equally impressive yield of 8.5%. Other major global cities such as London, Paris, Hong Kong and New York rank considerably lower.
Although market and effective yields dropped by 0.29% and 0.27% respectively, in Hanoi from June to December 2016; Ho Chi Minh City held firm ground with yields remaining steady.
