In July 2016, 81 343 houses were sold in Turkey

In Turkey, house sales decreased by 15.8% in July 2016 compared to the same month of the previous year and hence, became 81 343. For the house sales of July 2016, İstanbul had the highest share (14.6%) of house sales with 11 903 sold house. The followers of Istanbul were Ankara with 7 955 (9.8%) house sales and İzmir 4 810 (5.9%) house sales. The least house sold provinces were Ardahan with 3 house sales, Hakkari with 5 house sales, Şırnak with 21 house sales.
