"The cheapest studio apartment in Dubai is available for rent for $6,800 (AED 25,000) a year, revealed the city’s official rent index issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, the regulatory arm of Dubai Land Department.
The rent range for the units, located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and Dubai Outsource Zone, is from $570 (AED 2,100) to $680 (AED 2,500) per month, reported Emirates 24/7."
