ULI: London’s King’s Cross a good example of regeneration of a disused site.

In its research paper, ‘The Density Dividend: solutions for growing and shrinking cities’, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) examines the tactical issues involved with the boosting of population density. This outcome requires collaboration with surrounding municipalities, a change of mindset in suburbs and, perhaps most importantly, the finding of the correct locations and the application of a mix of solutions in different locations. In London, ULI highlights King’s Cross as a very effective example of a regeneration of a disused site.
