TrendTracker_2

In its research paper, ‘The Density Dividend: solutions for growing and shrinking cities’, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) highlights six factors that determine a city’s likely success in managing and boosting population density. Good factors include fiscal flexibility, a durable city plan, district agencies/development corporations and a national planning framework.
