According to the Luxury Real Estate Report 2015 published by Sotheby’s and Wealth-X,  the average UHNWI property owner in Monaco is 60. Some 15% made their fortunes in real estate. Some 72% are self-made. They have median net worth of US$190mn. Attractions include low taxes, good education and health facilities and proximity to London and Paris. The top countries for foreign owners are Italy and Russia.
