According to the World Economic Forum’s bi-annual Global Travel & Tourism Report 2015, Qatar is the second most competitive centre in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and the 43^rd globally. It ranks ahead of regional leader UAE in terms of business environment, human resources and health and hygiene. It is slightly behind the UAE in terms of ICT readiness.
