In its report ‘Global Luxury Retail 2015’, CBRE noted that Seoul is the 13th most luxurious city globally. Some 69% of all luxury brands have a presence there. In 2013, 69% of brands could be found in Seoul. Some 46% of luxury and business fashion brands are targeting South Korea for expansion in 2015. By this measure, South Korea is seen as the third most prospective of the 10 national/ territory markets profiled by CBRE.
