The latest Global Financial Centres Index published by the Qatar Finance Centre Authority and Long Finance (GFCI 17) found that Mumbai’s overall rating has risen by 1 to 626/1,000 since late 2014. Its ranking has fallen 8 places to 53rd globally. In global terms, Mumbai’s ranking is similar to those of Dublin (52^nd ), Jersey (54^th) and Guernsey (55^th)
