Colliers International note that the total supply of industrial space in greater Istanbul in mid 2015 is 6.94mn square metres. Of this, some 13% is vacant. In absolute terms, the amount of vacant space is greatest in the Gebze-Sekerpinar- Cayirova and Tuzla submarkets. Rents in most sub-markets currently vary between USD5 and USD7 per square metre per month.
