ASIA MARKETS: Singapore Shares Gain On Real-Estate Developers, Malaysia Stocks Fall

Malaysia's equity markets witnessed an outflow of 9 million ringgit ($2.13 million) worth foreign capital on Wednesday, as overseas investors resumed sales after turning net buyers in the previous session. Prior to Tuesday's purchases, foreign investors were net sellers for eight consecutive sessions, taking out almost 1.5 billion ringgit.
