Data from Bank of Greece shows that the prices of apartments in Athens fell by 3.8% in 1Q15.  Prices of new (up to five years old) apartments dropped by 5.0%; of older apartments, by 3.2%.  Athens house prices dropped by 4.2% in 1Q15.  Rents fell by 4.8% in the first four months of 2015. The price-to-rent ratio (2007 = 100) has dropped to 69.4
