In its recently released The Hub Report, Knight Frank (KF) considered how Dubai compares with other global logistics, financial and tourism hubs. KF noted that indicative rents in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) in 2Q15 were AED2,530 per square metre per annum. Rents at Emaar Square/Downtown were slightly lower at AED1,991. Rents were around AED1,615 for each of Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Media City, Internet City and Knowledge Village. Rents were below AED1,000 in Bur Dubai and TECOM C.
