According to CBRE’s Q414 Market View of industrial property in Latin America, the vacancy rate for class A/A+ industrial property in Buenos Aires was 14.4%. The average rent was equivalent to USD5.10 per square metre per month. By this measure, rents had fallen by 21.1% in Q414. Relative to Q413, they had fallen by 13.6%.
