CBRE: Dublin prime office rents up 35.6% over year to 1Q15.

According to CBRE’s EMEA Rents and Yields Marketview, prime office rents in Dublin were EUR511 per square metre per year in 1Q15, or 35.6% more relative to 1Q14. Rents have risen 72.7% from their lows in the wake of the 2008/09 global financial crisis.  Prime office yields are 4.75%, down 275 basis points from their highest levels since the crisis.
