In its report ‘Global Luxury Retail 2015’, CBRE noted that Houston is the equal 28th most luxurious city globally. Some 58% of all luxury brands have a presence there. In 2013, 58% of brands could be found in Houston. Some 23% of luxury and business fashion brands are targeting the US for expansion in 2015. By this measure, the US is seen as the equal eighth most prospective of the 10 national/ territory markets profiled by CBRE.
