According to CBRE’s EMEA Rents and Yields Marketview, prime office rents in Kiev were  USD23 per square metre per month in 1Q15, or 23.3% less relative to 1Q14. Rents remain at their post global financial crisis (2008/09) lows. Prime office yields are 13.50%, down 150 basis points from their highest levels since the crisis.
