CBRE: prime office occupancy costs in Dublin rise by 13.2% in year to September 2015

In its latest review of global prime occupancy costs, ‘Office space gets pricier as global economy edges up’, CBRE noted that Dublin was in 3rd position in its ranking of centres by increases in local currency occupancy costs. Occupancy costs in Dublin increased by 13.0%. With September 2015 occupancy costs of US$72.91 per square foot per annum, Dublin was by that measure the 31st most expensive centre overall. Dublin rose by 12 places in CBRE’s ranking of the most expensive centres over the six months to September 2015.
