According to CBRE’s Q414 Market View of industrial property in Latin America, the vacancy rate for class A/A+ industrial property in Saltillo was 4.6%. The average rent was equivalent to USD4.05 per square metre per month. By this measure, rents had fallen by 0.2% in Q414. Relative to Q413, they had risen by 0.2%.
