According to CBRE’s EMEA Rents and Yields Marketview, prime office rents in Zurich were CHF825 per square metre per annum in 1Q15, or unchanged relative to 1Q14. Rents remain at their post global financial crisis (2008/09) lows. Prime office yields are 3.2%, down 90 basis points from their highest levels since the crisis.
