In its latest (2Q15) publication, ‘Marketbeat: the DNA of Real Estate’, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) noted that London (Heathrow) was one of the 10 European markets that achieved the strongest growth in logistics rentals through 2Q15. Rents for London as a whole at the end of June were GBP13.25/square foot/ year, and had risen by 3.9% over the previous 12 months. C&W thinks that the short term prospects remain favourable. Current rental yields are 4.50%.
