In its latest (2Q15) publication, ‘Marketbeat: the DNA of Real Estate’, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) noted that Skopje was one of the few European logistics markets where rents fell over the 12 months to the end of June. Over that period, prices fell by 16.7% to EUR2.50/ square metre/ month. C&W thinks that the short term prospects are neutral. Current rental yields are 13.00%.
