Germany slips as property investment hotspot – UK tops commercial hotspot

BRITAIN has overtaken Germany as the most popular destination for commercial real estate investment, according to BrickVest’s latest commercial property investment barometer.
BrickVest, the real estate investors said Germany saw a drop of 34 per cent to 23 percent in popularity among investors, during the last quarter.
