What is the Millennial Generation looking for when it comes to social housing? In a nutshell, today’s youth is looking to rent and is looking for apartments with a lot of embedded technology. The sector – which offers homes at regulated and publicly-subsidized prices for rent or sale to those who cannot afford to access the private market – has been on a rise in the recent years: currently there are overall 131 projects, for approximately 9,000 apartments, already financed or in advanced phase of realization while another 110 projects are about to be launched.
