In its latest Global Office Index (2Q15) publication, Jones Lang LaSalle IP (JLL) noted that grade A office rents in Barcelona rose by 5.6% in 2Q15. By this measure, the market was the fourth best performing of the 95 monitored globally. Over the preceding year, grade A rents in Barcelona had risen by 8.6%, making the market the 13^th best performing.  Over the year to 2Q15, the only other European cities in the top 20 were London, Dublin, and Luxembourg. Madrid, where rents rose by 6.1%, was in 23^rd place.
