According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Jakarta’s CBD were USD334 per square metre per annum. In IDR terms, this represented no change qoq and a marginal increase of 0.2% relative to 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD4,335 per square metre – or unchanged qoq and up 0.9% relative to 1Q14.
