According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in Hong Kong Central were USD1,525 per square metre per annum. In USD terms, this represented a gain of 1.3% qoq and 3.4% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD51,597 per square metre – or up 0.4% qoq and up 1.0% relative to 1Q14.
