According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s publication ‘The  Office Index’ for 1Q15, average Grade A office rents in the central five wards of Tokyo were US710 per square metre per annum. In JPY terms, this represented a rise of 2.0% qoq and a gain of 6.4% versus 1Q14.  Average Grade A capital value was USD22,196 per square metre – or up 5.2% qoq and 19.7% relative to 1Q14.
