In its October 2015 report ‘Hotel Destinations Asia Pacific’, the Hotel & Hospitality Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) noted that the Seychelles had received 0.2mn international visitors in the first seven months of 2015. In 2015, 211 hotel rooms have been built. In the overall hotel market, the occupancy rate has been 63.9%. The average daily rate has been USD1,099. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) has been USD704. New notable hotels include the Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa and the Eden Bleu.
