In its recently released The Hub Report, Knight Frank (KF) considered how Dubai compares with other global logistics, financial and tourism hubs. KF noted that the 57 square kilometre Jebel Ali Free Zone area (JAFZA) is 80% developed. However, the larger 145 square kilometre Dubai South logistics cluster is 20% developed.
