In its Retail Focus Research Report for Autumn of 2015, Knight Frank (KF) noted that, over the next decade (2015-2025), super-regional malls should account for 88% of new supply of retail space in Dubai. Regional malls should account for another 8%; neighbourhood and community centres for the remainder. In 2014, super-regional malls accounted for 52% of the total stock; regional malls, for 24%.
