Savills: Prime office rents flat year-on-year in Belgrade in 3Q15
In its latest (3Q15) Market Report on the European office sector, Savills noted that prime rents and secondary rents in Belgrade were, respectively, EUR174 and EUR125 per square metre per year. Year-on-year growth in prime rentals has fallen from +4% to 0% since 1Q15. Looking forward, Savills anticipates that take-up of office space will increase. Supply of new space is expected to rise. Prime rents are expected to remain stable. In its report, Savills highlighted how New Belgrade remained the preferred location for office rents in 2015.
