Broad range of office rents in Dubai sub-markets in 2Q15

In its recently released The Hub Report, Knight Frank (KF) considered how Dubai compares with other global logistics, financial and tourism hubs. KF noted that indicative rents in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) in 2Q15 were AED2,530 per square metre per annum. Rents at Emaar Square/Downtown were slightly lower at AED1,991.
